Author Rights & Publishing Guidance
Mei Publication · Private review and external publishing guidance.
You retain ownership
Submitting work for review and guidance does not transfer your copyright or authorize public manuscript publication. Your text and any poetry background remain part of your private submission.
Review and guidance permission
You permit authorized staff to review your submission, provide feedback, and prepare the guidance you request. On-site approval records the reviewed revision and does not grant an external platform a license.
External publishing agreements
Review the rights, territories, formats, exclusivity, pricing, and removal policies of your chosen platform. Any permission for Mei Publication to act on your behalf requires a separate, explicit agreement. Never send a publishing password in your manuscript or notes.
Promotion and long-term availability
Author introductions and promotional activity depend on agreed services and permissions. Long-term digital availability is guidance rather than a guarantee; it depends on platform policies and account status.
