How we use information
We use account identity, contact details, manuscripts, requested services, feedback, and guidance records to operate your private publishing-support workspace and respond to enquiries. Full manuscript text and private guidance are not published on this website.
Who can access your work
You and authorized administrators can access your submission. Firebase provides authentication, data storage, and hosting. A separately configured email provider may deliver submission and status notices. Administrators must verify their account email.
External platforms
Links lead to independently operated platforms with their own privacy policies and terms. Your submission here is not automatically sent to them. You decide what to submit and which publishing account to use.
Retention and requests
Default cleanup periods are 180 days for abandoned drafts and 365 days for rejected or withdrawn submissions, subject to configured settings. Active guidance, completed service records, audit records, and account information may require a separate retention period. Request account deletion through your profile or contact us.
